Resilience Training is the teaching of science-based techniques that change the way your body's physiology responds in stressful situations.
Learning these techniques and practicing them often will allow them to become familiar and automatic, which will help to build your resilience and give you the ability to maintain your composure and clarity, even in challenging situations.
My role is to teach you these techniques and help you to understand when and how to apply them and how to sustain yourself during and after any challenging situation or interaction.
