Boot camp programs are the hottest trend in fitness and now is your chance to participate in a fun but challenging workout. By taking part you will have the opportunity to significantly change you fitness level, meet new people and work as a team with your fellow boot campers.
Each boot camp workout is high energy, fast paced and will include an incredible variety of training techniques. We play lots of fun games to make the time fly and every workout is different!
Classes are 45 minutes in length and located in Mt. Lookout at Cardinal Pacelli school in the gym or outside.
5:30-6:15 AM Monday-Thursday
We use dumbbells on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. You will want to bring two sets of dumbbells, an exercise mat and water.
